介紹：

真空電磁閥是安裝在機(jī)械式真空泵上的專用閥門。

并將大氣通過泵的進(jìn)氣口充入泵腔，避免泵油返流污染真空系統(tǒng)

當(dāng)泵停止工作或電源突然中斷時，閥能自動將真空系統(tǒng)封閉，

真空電磁閥適用的工作介質(zhì)為空氣及非腐蝕性氣體。

閥門與泵接在同一電源上，泵的開啟與停止直接控制了閥的開啟與關(guān)閉。
